Project or Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of any ongoing project or service by providing a written notice via email to info@hackgenix.com. Cancellation requests should include relevant project details, such as project name, start date, and scope of work.

Cancellation Fees

1. Cancellations requested before project commencement: No fees will be charged, and any advance payment made will be fully refunded.
2. Cancellations requested after project commencement but before completion: Hackgenix reserves the right to retain a portion of the advance payment based on the work completed and resources allocated.
3. Completed milestones: Payments for milestones already delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.

Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method. Hackgenix will communicate the refund amount and timeline to the client in writing.

Service Termination by Hackgenix

Hackgenix reserves the right to terminate services in cases of breach of contract, non-payment, or unethical behavior. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be provided for unused services, subject to discretion.
