01 What is the minimum engagement?
One month for a single developer, though most engagements run three months or more because ramp-up time is wasted on anything shorter.
02 How quickly can someone start?
We typically share suitable profiles within 15 to 30 days, and the selected developer can begin immediately after approval and onboarding.
03 Who manages the developer?
You do, day to day. We handle employment, payroll, equipment and cover, and step in on technical escalation.
04 What time zones do you cover?
The team is in India. We routinely run overlapping hours with the Gulf, Europe, Southeast Asia and the US East Coast.
05 Can we hire the developer permanently?
Yes, after twelve months of engagement, with no conversion fee.
06 What if the developer is not a good fit?
Tell us early and we replace them. We would rather change someone in week three than have you carry a mismatch for months.
