These terms govern your use of hackgenix.com and the services provided by HackGeniX Tech Private Limited. By using this site you accept them.

Services

Specific work is governed by a separate signed agreement or statement of work setting out scope, timeline, deliverables and price. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding and design are owned by Hackgenix. Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in the relevant agreement; our standard position is that source code and deliverables transfer to the client on final payment.

Client responsibilities

Delivery depends on timely access to information, systems, content and approvals. Delays in these shift the timeline accordingly.

Payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on them. Work may be paused on overdue accounts after written notice.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential, both during an engagement and after it ends.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

Warranty

We warrant that work will conform materially to the agreed specification and will correct defects reported within the warranty period stated in the agreement. The warranty does not cover changes made by others or use outside the agreed scope.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one.
