The challenge
Peak-hour queues meant customers left rather than waited, and staff were splitting attention between taking orders and preparing them. Order errors rose exactly when the shop was busiest.

What we built
A Flutter app for customers to browse the menu, customise drinks, pay and collect, backed by a kitchen-facing order view. The build covered the full path to release, including store listings, review submission and the compliance work both stores require.

What changed
Kaapi Stop is live on Google Play and the App Store. Ordering moves off the counter, so staff can concentrate on preparation during peak hours.
